Refund policy

All sales are final! 

Refunds and/or exchanges will only be given and/or granted up to 30 days from date of purchase for damaged items.  Unfortunately no refunds or exchanges will be considered after 30 days for the damaged item(s).  To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must show proof of purchase as well as the damaged item by emailing sensationalscentsbytoya@gmail.com.  The unused item must be in its original packaging. 

If a refund is requested due to a damaged item, the refund will be granted in the same form as the original payment within 5-7 business days for the item only.  Unfortunately, shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.   

If an exchange is requested due to a damaged item, the exchange will be the same item or an item of same value.
